Slottskällans Bryggeri bryggde sitt första öl i maj 1998. Vårt mål har alltid varit att brygga smakrika, välbalanserade öl. Inspirationen hämtas från gammal bryggartradition men blandas också med nyskapande idéer. Vi lägger stort fokus på maten som drycken ska komplettera. För att fira att vi i år fyller 10 år brygger vi jubileumsölet Decennium. Det är ett lageröl inspirerat av det tyska bockölet.

    Bottled. Ambery copper coloured with small beige head. Aroma is malts, some flowery hops as well as some grassyness. Flavour is caramel malts, and some flowery and fruity hops also. Quite watery beer.

    Pours out in a clear pale amber colour with a sticky white foam. Malty aroma of hay, roasted nuts, grains, bread, raisins, metal, mild spices and caramel. Medium bodied with strong notes of nuts, hay, white bread and grass with undertones of pepper, rubber, minerals and grassy hops. Long finish of toasted bread, spices, nuts and metal.
