A traditional German lager for the fall season. We use all German barley and Czech Saaz hops. We lager he beer for over two months to allow for he smooth, rounded, toasted malt character to evolve. Smooth and delicious. Prost! This beer is dedicated to the Emory University football team whose unbelievable record remains intact. If they should lose, we pledge to buy a round for everyone.

Pours a beautiful orangy amber with a nice pale buff head. Malty aroma has a slightly sweet fruity undertone. Crisp, delightful flavor has notes of pear and apple plus more than a hint of woody hops. Smooth flavor is fairly fizzy and leaves an edgy finish. Prost for Oktoberfest!
