A traditional German lager for the fall season. We use all German barley and Czech Saaz hops. We lager the beer for over two months to allow for the smooth, rounded, toasted malt character to evolve. Smooth and delicious. Prost!

Pours clear coppery with a nice pale buff head. Aroma presents malty and subtle cloves and fruity tones. Flavor features more spice than the flavor, and adds a snip of caramel. Texture presents typical fizz and body. Fall into Oktoberfest anytime you like.
