Slaapmutske bruin is a full-malt beer with top-fermentation and refermentation in the bottle. The beautiful deep-red color is obtained using a combination of different colour-malts.The alcohol percentage is 6,0 Vol%. By using colourmalts together with aromatic hops and some coriander we become a full, light sweet beer with a full-flavored, spicy after-taste. The foam is compact and creamy and covers the light sparkling beer.

Bottle: Poured a deep clear brown color ale with a bi foamy head with some good retention and some lacing. Aroma of spices with some light sugar and Belgian malt. Taste is comprised of some spices with a nice mix between Belgian malt and nice yeasty finish. Good body with some nice carbonation feature. Nothing earth shattering but well done overall.

Brownish amber colour with small white head. Aroma is malts, some hops and caramel. Flavour is caramel malts and some slight grassy notes. Neither good nor bad...

Very nice brown ale. Perfect solid brown-red color, average soft head and fine malty-fruity aroma. The taste is smooth and light, but really well balanced: spicy-sweet-malty at the beginning, a little sweetish and slightly bitter later and nicely smooth and delicate at the end. Plus long lasting spicy and smooth aftertaste. Excellent.
