On tap at the brewery - poured a hazed straw-gold color with a weak cap for a heffe. moderate carbonation. Aroma is lightly heffeweiss with some fruit but no clove phenolic. Flavour has more of the fruity clove tones, moderately dry clean finish. Refreshing, clean, more body than most weizens. The version I tasted was called "Breakfast Wheat". Decent, but needs some tweaking to get near Denisons.

THis beer poured a hazed orange-tinged gold colour with a creamy off-white head. The aroma was banana, spices, wheat, and citrus. The mouthfeel was medium bodied with mild carbonation - basically the usual hefeweizen mouthfeel. The flavour was sweet wheat malt, citrus, and earthiness. A good Canadian hefeweizen.
