Made in the tradition of German style wheat beers, which are famous for their distinct clove, vanilla, and banana aromas. Our Bavarian yeast strain contributes these signature characteristics to a beer that is light, tangy, and refreshing. Enjoy it with a slice of lemon, as is customary in southern Germany.

Pours a nice hazy golden, typical of a hefe but still attractive. Strong wheaty and lemony aroma has a hint of yeast. Refreshing wheaty flavor has a lively, tingly texture. Body is average but the tingle persists. Perfect for a sweltering summer day.

Draft. Very suprised at the quality of this hefe. It had all the qualities I enjoy and was quite quaffable. The aroma is bananas and cloves with just a light touch of citrus. Hazy yellow body with a merengue white fluffy head. Flavors of wheat, banana, some lemon with nice cracker-like note. When I go back in the summer, I’ll be looking for this for sure. Wish the casino’s would carry this instead of the regular crap they do.

like anyone's hefe, it can be refreshing on the right day, but it's another boring, uninspired entry into the catergory. a little watery, decent malty sweetness and a slightly spicy banana-clove finish.
