Without a doubt the boldest, hoppiest, biggest mother of a brew we have ever created. More than 50 lbs. of Washington State Cascade and Columbus hops are infused, injected, or otherwise inflicted upon a single batch. Welcome to hop country!

From Elizabeth Station (Bellingham, WA) in a bomber. Clear copper pour with a creamy, ivory head. Excellent bouquet, pine and hop, with citrus and malt notes. Lovely palate of hop, pine, citrus, and malt (like the aroma). Smooth mouth and balanced finish. High ABV with evident but not overpowering.

Poured an amber color with a small, off white head that left light lacing on the glass. Aroma of cascade hops, oranges, melons, light pine, some earth, and a touch of caramel malt. Taste of citrus, toffee, wood, (northdown hops?) lemongrass, light bitterness with grassy hops, and no alcohol noticed, considering the % on this one.

Copper color. No head, or lace. Smells sweet, malty, with a medium hop profile. Has a huge bitter, alcohol attack. Also has a caramel feel. Mouthfeel is medium bodied. Drinkability: the taste was off at first, then grew on me after a pint or two. The high alcohol comes into play, so watch yourself, probably can whoop some ass.
