The beer pours a translucent black colour with a weak bubbly head that doesn’t last. The appearance was very akin to a coca-cola. The aroma was cereal grains, light coffee, and light citrusy hops. The mouthfeel was thin to medium bodied and highly carbonated. The flavour was coffee forward with some cereal malt and a light bitter finish also noticed.

Clean copper colour with some amber hue. The head is light beige, average stay with not much lacing, but a ring around the collar. Aromas of lightly sweet chocolat malts with some coffee notes. The vanilla comes out more in the taste, so does the coffee. A nice bitterness, dryness in the finish cuts the sweetness and adds that nice bitter feel to the coffee. The soft vanilla lingers nicely. Not a bad coffee lager, but not sure I could take two straight.
