This is a Mystic, CT based beer that's contract brewed by Shipyard. Pours a amber color with a white foam head. Aroma is classically ringwood, along with grassy earthy hops, and caramel malts. Taste brings more earthy and grassy hops, and crystal malts. An exquisitely balanced pale ale. Don't expect anything over the top here, it's a classic english pale ale. There is a slight buttery feel, presumably due to the ringwood yeast, that's a little off-putting. Other than that, a very fine beer, worth trying at least once.
