it's a orange amber color quite disorder with a creamy foam, it smells smoky and sweet caramel. in mouth i discovered the same things of smoky and spicy and a good consistency which gives depth. nice beer.

500 ml on tap at the brewpub. Poured in the original Schwarzes Kreuz glass seidel an unfiltered hazy copper-brown with reddish tones coloured Kellerbier with a two fingers slight beige creamy foamy head that had a very long retention and tons of micro bubbles. Active carbonation. Good lacing. The aroma is slight toasted malts, burned caramel, grassy hops, notes of barnyard. The flavour is toasted grainy malts, caramel, grassy hops, notes of fruits, walnuts. The mouthfeel is creamy and very smooth. This light to medium bodied Kellerbier has a long toasted malts finish. A very nice, refreshing and tasting Kellerbier from a tiny brewery at the gate of the Fränkische Schweiz.
