500 ml bottle bought at the brewery. Poured in the original Schwanen Weissbier glass a hazy rich golden amber colored Weizen with half a finger white foamy head that had a long retention. Soft carbonation. Great lacing. The aroma is wheat malts, fruity, bananas, orange, citrus, grapefruit, apples and spicy, cloves. The flavour is sourish fruits, apples, grapefruit, orange, citrus, at the end of the sip emerge the banana feeling. The mouthfeel is fizzy and sour. This medium bodied Weizen has a lingering aciditic fruits finish. A very tasting and very refreshing Hefeweizen.

Fränken Bierausflug, Day#2, Brewery#7, Beer#14. Poured vom Faß a deep yellow with a moderate white creamy head with light lacing. Reserved lemon and banana aromas. Smooth, soft and satisfying palate; satiny. Flavors of yeast, wheat, gentle citrus and spice with a long soothing finish.
