500 ml swing-top bottle. Poured in a Bavarian Seidla an unfiltered and hazy golden-orange coloured Kellerbier with a one finger light beige foamy head that had a long retention and tons of micro bubbles. Soft carbonation. Some lacing. The aroma is moderate sweety malts and hay. The flavour is sweety malts, bready, light grassy hops and notes of honey. The mouthfeel is round, quite thin and light bitter. The texture is oily. This medium bodied Kellerbier has a light bitter finish. A nice and easy drinkable Kellerbier from the Bamberger area.
