Aroma: 9 | Appearance: 9 | Mouthfeel: 9 | Flavor: 9 | Overall: 9

Bottle: Poured an hazy yellow color ale with a super huge foamy white head with perfect retention. Aroma of wheat is very interesting. Nice taste of wheat with some spices, which probably includes coriander orange peel and a strong Belgian yeast also present. Finish is dry and very interesting.

This triple witbier pours a cloudy golden-beige colour with a creamy slightly off-white head that has decent retention. The blizzrad-like carbonation is superbly active. Not much sticking to the glass. The aroma seems like the mix of a beer gone bad sourness with the fruit of a lemon. In other word, pretty sour. Very watered-down mouthfeel with absolutely no burn and quite flat. Seems like a 4% beer. The taste is tad better then the smell. A bit of spices appear with a mild sourness and a light orange flavour. Not impressed.

    Aroma: 8 | Appearance: 8 | Mouthfeel: 8 | Flavor: 7 | Overall: 8

Bottle: Poured an hazy yellow color ale with a super huge foamy white head with perfect retention. Aroma of wheat with some sourness, which may or may not be intended but is still enjoyable. Taste of wheat is pretty strong with some spices, which probably includes coriander with strong Belgian yeast also present. Finish is dry with a lingering feeling of sourness that doesn’t overshadow the rest of the beer. Body is above average and alcohol swell hidden. Really better then expected from this sometime suspicious brewery.
