Bottle: Poured a golden beer that is extremely hazy with great carbonation and a nice head with standard retention. Aroma is quite spicy with some small notes of malts being noticeable. Taste is like a Belgian ale with some emphasis on the spice. There is so much that it is difficult to distinguish. Alcohol is not noticeable and overall I think this is a great different tasting beer.

0n se demande bien ou il a ete prit sa biere ce lui la. Je trouve que cette biere est hors de la trac des frere Schoune. Cette biere de type lager a ete brasse en 2004 et ne peut etre juge en 2006 sachant que ce type de biere se deteriore assez vite. Max de 6 mois. A l epoque j ai beaucoup apprecié cette nouveautée dans le style des freres Schoune

Poured a big wicked white head with medium retention. The carbontaion is also very lively. In colour, it is a hazy light beige. The nose is tarty and yeasty with hints of spices. The mouthfeel is round with a lot of flavours. Just typical witbier taste...lemon, coriander, yeast. Quite refreshing.

Bottle: Poured an hazy yellow color ale with a super huge foamy white head with perfect retention. Aroma of wheat is very interesting. Nice taste of wheat with some spices, which probably includes coriander orange peel and a strong Belgian yeast also present. Finish is dry and very interesting.

one of the best imperial stout on the quebec market. La meilleur imperial stout sur le marche quebecois. I like this black beer. I like the chocolat taste.
