Poured an opaque brown color with a thin, tan head that left nice lacing on the glass. Aroma of vanilla cream, cocoa, oats, roasted malts, lactose, and toffee. Taste of chocolate, roasted malts, vanilla beans, and a bit of rauchiness. Moderate carbonation.

Another awesome brew from Schooners. Pour is an deep dark viscuous liquid that has some ruby highlights. Hints of cinnamon, vanilla, coffee and chocolate. Yummy! Incredibly balanced, not too sweet but just right. Very silky and smooth. What a beer.
