The beer pours out an amber body, clear with a 1" off-white head, with a quick melt. Aroma is light clove, a bit of wheat and...just kinda blah. Nothing really much to hang on. Aroma is pretty much the same. Just kinda blah. Some light wheat notes, a bit of yeast....seemed kinda old and dirty. Don’t know how old it is.

This German Hefeweizen pours a slightly cloudy orange gold color from a 50cl bottle. Medium sized white foamy head, long lasting with excellent retention. The aroma is grassy and fruity with some banana and clove. A medium bodied Hefeweizen. The malts are fruit and sweet. A touch of grain and some banana and clove flavor. The hops are mild and earthy. Nice balance. Excellent carbonation, with lots of small effervescent bubbles. Light and refreshing. Mouthfeel is full. Finish is clean and smooth. Aftertaste is slightly bitter.
