Limited Edition. Bavarian handcrafted Ale. A summery sparkling wheat beer specialty. Enjoy the fresh and herbaceous hop aroma, reminiscent of a walk through mountain meadows. A light and tingly pleasure, experience fruity sour flavors similar to green apples and grapefruits. The new hops from Hallertau leave a clean and fresh feeling on the palate. This excellent hand-crafted wheat beer best goes with light summery dishes, steamed fish, and mild cheeses. Ingredients: water, wheat malt, barley malt, hops, and yeast. Neither filtered or pasteurized.

750 ml capped bottle, as Limited Edition and Bavarian handcrafted Ale. Poured in the original G. Schneider Vase an unfiltered, unpasteurized and hazy golden-yellow coloured Hefeweizen with a three fingers light beige and soapy foamy head that had a very long retention and tons of micro bubbles. Sustained carbonation. Good lacing. The aroma is powerful juicy fruits, grapefruits, pineapples, oranges, flowery hops and herbal notes. The flavour is moderate wheat malts, fruity, grapefruits, green apples, citrus, spicy, with cloves and orange peels and hoppy bitter. The mouthfeel is sparkling in a " Champagne" way and hoppy bitter. The texture is watery. This medium bodied Hefeweizen has a long fruity and bitter finish. An interesting and very refreshing Hefeweizen from Kelheim. I wonder about the incredible, for German people, huge price of this "Limited Edition "!
