Shortly before Easter and Christmas, this weakest of the Eggenberger bock beers is bottled after nine weeks of maturation. In the past mainly as a food substitute during Lent, today you can enjoy its hoppy-fresh aroma and pleasantly spicy taste.

Golden, large dense white foam. Big aroma of dense pale malts, grass and fresh baked bread. Full malty flavour of grass, bread and nuts. Long malty finish. Nothing special.

Yellowish golden colour with mediumsized creamy head. Vegetables, malt and hops in aroma along with grassy notes. Skunky malts and hops in flavour along with frass. Mouthdrying. Much carbonation, makes you burp alot.
