500 ml swing-top bottle. Poured in the original Schinner glass an unfiltered hazy burgundy-brown coloured Keller with a two fingers beige pillowy foamy head that had a very long retention and tons of micro bubbles. Sustained carbonation. Good lacing. The aroma is heavy roasted malts, ripe fruits, plums, smoked notes, grassy hops. The flavour is deep roasted malts, coffee beans, notes of caramel and dry fruits, hazelnuts, almonds. The mouthfeel is slight crispy and a bit oily. This medium bodied Keller has a dry malty and slight bitter finish. A pleasant Kellerbier, easy drinkable and tasting.
