500 ml swing-top bottle. Poured in the original Schinner glass an unfiltered golden-orange coloured Weizen with a one finger slight beige creamy foamy head that had a very long retention and tons of micro bubbles. Soft carbonation. Some lacing. The aroma is yeast, wheat malts, fruity, bananas, sourish apples, spicy, cloves. The flavour is wheat malts, fruity, apples, bananas. The mouthfeel is crispy and quite thin. This light to medium bodied Weizen has a dry fruity finish. The smell is really better than the palate. Overall an averaging Weizen.
