500 ml capped bottle, as " Kloster-Weisse Hell ". Poured an unfiltered cloudy golden-orange coloured Hefeweizen with a three fingers slightly beige pillowy foamy head that had a very long retention and tons of micro bubbles. Active carbonation. Poor lacing. The aroma is wheat malts, yeast and tropical juicy fruits. The flavour is wheat malts, grainy malts, yeast, fruity, oranges, mandarins, citrus. The mouthfeel is quite thin and very smooth. This medium bodied Hefeweizen has a dry wheaty malts finish. A very refreshing and nice tasting Hefeweizen. I had a wish for more stuff !
