500 ml bottle. Poured a cloudy deep gold colored Weisse with a two fingers white creamy foamy head that had a very long retention. Active carbonation. Some lacing. The aroma is wheat malts, yeast, fruity, apples, bananas. The flavour is wheat grainy malts, fruity, bananas and bananas. The mouthfeel is round , may be a weak sourness. This medium to full bodied Weisse has a lingering fruity finish. A pleasant and refreshing Weisse from Upper Franconia.
