Pours a dark brown with thin white head. Aroma is faintly sweet. A little watery but still smooth mouthfeel. Taste is slightly sweet but not too much. Easy drinking.

Next up is the bock. Very smooth with a hint of caramel. Feels good in the mouth and makes this brew very drinkable. Another home run from one of the best breweries in the country. Will have again, defiantly.

Dark brown body. Very light for a bock beer. Thin body. Has some malt and caramel to the aroma. A little hint of bubblegum. Nothing special, but easy to drink.

The beer I tried was a carmel roast bock by schell. The smell was great and the taste was smooth with no bite in the back of my throat upon swallowing. Like I said it had a faint hint of carmel taste, a smooth dark feel and was so enjoyable drinking this beer. I think I have found an excellent beer for myself. Schell has been good, but this is the best I have had from them.
