Poured in the brewery garden from Konrad Will itself a hazy gold colored Hefeweizen with a thick white foamy head that had a long retention. Nice lacing and intense carbonation. The aroma is wheat yeasts, notes of citrus, herbal malts and over-dominating, the banana smell. The flavour is sweet grain, notes of cloves. The palate is rich, an herbal and citric bomb! The aftertaste is a long presence of the banana fruit. This full bodied Hefeweizen is a wonder. I like it!
