Gather 'round beer-o-philes and I will tell you a tale… In a trendy country during trendy times when everyone was making trendy styles of beer, the previously obscure Porter was brought into the forefront of craft brewing. Like the most unendurable of unendurable karaoke nights, with one person after another standing up and butchering the classics, the American craft brewing industry made a mockery of the Porter. But in the middle of the high desert, there was an oasis of harmony. Brewer extraordinaire Ty Levis was making Porter as years of tradition insist it must be made: as a triple threat beer. His Porter is flavorful, swimming with notes of nuts and chocolate; it is drinkable, so drinkable that each pint after pint almost seems to be drinking itself; and it packs a punch, so much so that its drinkability rapidly gives way to a euphoric intoxication that only a true Porter drinker can understand. Thank you Ty!
