    Aroma: 8 | Appearance: 9 | Mouthfeel: 8 | Flavor: 9 | Overall: 8

750 ml capped bottle. Poured an unfiltered deep hazy burgundy-brown coloured Alt with a generous three fingers dense and beige foamy head that had a very long retention and tons of micro bubbles. Soft carbonation. Good lacing. The aroma is deep roasted malts, caramel, spicy, peppery, floral and fruity hops. The flavour is roasted malts, caramel, spicy, peppery, herbal hops, notes of pine and honey. The mouthfeel is fizzy, prickly, a bit oily and sour bitter. This medium bodied Alt has a long sourish bitter finish. A very interesting Altbier, rich tasting. Not only the " Juve " is in Torino the trip worth !
