Tasting Notes: A newer style in the brewing community, an IPL is a crossover style between a Lager and an India Pale Ale (IPA). Brewed with pilsen grain and lager yeast, it has the malt characteristics of a Lager, but intensely hopped like an IPA. The intense hope comes through in the nose and after the first sip. It is no wonder why we called it Hop Bite. This IPL was aged on apricots adding subtle apricot aroma in the nose and flavor finish of the beer. Notable Ingredients: Nugget Hop, Apricot, Lager Yeast

A cloudy golden colored beer with a big sudsy textured, off white head rising above. There's good hang time on the head. It settles a thick long lasting film and moderate ringlet. A light piney and citric hop mix. Sweetened by citrus fruit in tasting. Light, effervescent.
