500 ml bottle, will soon be available at Cardinal Pub & Bar, Stavanger. ABV is 4.8%. Black colour, moderate tan head. Strong aroma of cocoa / chocolate. The flavour has also loads of chocolate and cocoa, but is not very sweet. Some coffee and noticeable hops in the background. Despite the dominant chocolate: This is actually a well balanced beer, pleasant to drink, and does not become cloying.

Draft at Silkstone Inn. Poors pitch black (OK it’s bit dark in the pub) with creamy brownish foam head, lipsticking and lacing to glass. Arome and taste are chocolate, but still a bitter chocolate. So is aftertaste, nice beer. (Barnsley 201210)

Dark brown, small pale brown head. Sweet chocolate, cocoa, and toasted malts in the aroma. Medium-bodied with sweet notes of milky chocolate, chocolate-sauce, roasted malts, mild vanilla and almonds. Medium-bitter finish of cocoa-powder, almonds, grass and chocolate-sauce.
