    Aroma: 9 | Appearance: 9 | Mouthfeel: 10 | Flavor: 9 | Overall: 10

500 ml bottle. Poured a hazy pale amber / orange colored ale with a two fingers slight beige creamy foamy head that had a superb retention. Active carbonation. Some lacing. The aroma is complex, caramelized malts, heavy fruity, peaches, apples, apricots, spicy, cinnamom, floral hops, a touch of pepper and smoke. The flavour is caramel malts, fruity, apricots, mandarin, clementine, spicy, peppery, floral hops, hints of honey and mint. The balance maltiness / bitterness is a real success. The mouthfeel is sparkling and very smooth. This medium bodied ale has a very long fruity finish. What a beautiful surprise from a tiny brewery in the Normandy. I like it. Please, another one !. The bottled version is not so overwhelmed by the pepper as the forced draught.
