Bottled. Pours out in a muddy yellowish brown colour with a small white foam. Not looking so attractive. Fruity aroma, high on belgian esters of candied pears, banana, oranges, yeast, cherries, mild caramel and licorice. Full-bodied with a really fruity flavour of sweet pears and cherrries with notes of yeast, pale malts, sweet licorice and pepper. Full-bodied with a really smooth mouthfeel. Has a distinct farmhouse charcter also. Yeasty, doughy, warming and fruity finish of mild pepper and biscuit. Nice one.

Hazy orange/pale brown colour with mediumsized creamy head. Yeasty clouds also floating around. Fruity, hoppy and flowery nose with some hints of barnyard. Yeast, fruits and hops in flavour. Wellbalanced. Sticky mouthfeel. Also some barnyard in flavour.

Out-freaking-standing. Pours a cloudy golden amber, with an aggressive white head that leaves excellent lacing. Aroma is busy, ginger and sugar coated pears, plums, bananas and peaches, light underlying grassiness, honeysuckles and lilacs, and some breadiness. This lucious liquid is wonderfully carbonated, prickly yet smooth and foamy on the palate, creamy frothy head sticks to the upper lip, leaving a post-swallow snack of grassy bitterness. Flavor starts with honey, pears and white grapes, sweet banana, followed by some grassy bitterness, ginger, some zesty spiciness, and apricot.
Wow. This one certainly doesn't drink like an 8% beer, almost dangerously drinkable... if only I had more bottles.... This really left me in awe, one of the best beers I've ever had.
