Délicatement épicée au poivre de Sichuan rouge, gingembre et miel de sarrasin. Sèche et légèrement mielleuse, elle est délicieusement surprenante. Houblons: Magnum, Saaz.

Lightly hazed, bright, golden colour with a frothy-bubbly white head, decent stay and foamy lacing streaks. Ginger aromas over the Saison base, with citrus notes, Belgian yeast and a herbal touch. The ginger continues into the taste with the hints of Sichuan pepper, and mild honey lingering. Fairly wet mouthfeel, but not syrupy. An easy-drinking, refreshing Saison with a nice Sichuan touch.
