    Aroma: 8 | Appearance: 7 | Mouthfeel: 8 | Flavor: 7 | Overall: 7

500 ml flip-top bottle. Poured an unfiltered and unpasteurized cloudy amber-orange coloured " organic " Weizen with a good two fingers slightly beige creamy foamy head that had a very long retention and tons of micro bubbles. Active carbonation. Some lacing. The aroma is wheat malts, yeast, fruity, bananas and spicy, cloves. The flavour is quite the same, wheaty malts, yeast, spicy, cloves and fruity, bananas and green apples which are bringing aciditic tones. The mouthfeel is sparkly. This medium bodied Weizen has a dry fruity finish. An overall nice tasting and refreshing Weizen.
