This is a perfectly cloudy brownish yellow with a soupy head. The aroma is a little on the weak side, but the flavor is nice. Ok banana and a little clove with a nice wheatiness. There’s better hefeweizens out there, but this isn’t one of those crappy "hefeweizens" fermented without real hefeweizen yeast.
