A refreshing, light golden brew, this lager is clean and well-balanced, with just a hint of hops and a wonderful malt glow. Great with any of our fresh, flavorful salads.

Sampled on draft in Portland, Or, May 06. Pours clear gold with an thin but adequate head and nice lacing. The aroma has a hint of spicy hops. Pronounced malt flavor with some more of the spicy hops. Medium-light bodied and smooth. Resembles a helles or a dortmunder perhaps. Good for what it is.

Pours clear gold with thick, creamy head. The aroma is clean and light with no distinct characteristics. The rounded flavor has a hearty malt profile and grassy hops. The body is incredibly light (not watery though) and drinkable with gentle carbonation.
