This hefeweizen pours an opaque golden so it looks rather like honey. Aroma is average strength, wheaty with a hint of orange. Flavor is strong and wheaty and has undertones of orange and banana. Texture is smooth and satisfying. Refreshing after a hot day.

This was pretty average stuff. There was a faint wheat aroma and the coloring was a light yellow with some lacing on the top. The taste was fair enough...not great, but still drinkable and served cold with a group of friends it is enjoyable.

Of all the Falling Rock's I have been, 16th St. (in my opinion) is the best. However this beer is lacking. More like fizzy yellow with wheat tastes.

This beer never fails to satify. Clean and crisp every glass.
