Here is a weiss bier from Franken that fits right into the Belgian sour catagory. The nose is very sour, and first sip with out emptying the yeast from the bottle SOUR and wonderful. After the hefe is include, the color darkens to a deep gold, and there is a hint of lemon to mellow out the sour. Large wahite head and persistant carbonation. The body is large, and makes for an almost, hell amost-a perfect weissbier! Excellent by any and all standars, a true Ritter of any weissbier.
