citrus, tropical and grapefruit hops in the nose and flavor. a little too much biscuit malt (no date on the bottle so can't tell the age) prevents this from receiving a really high score. still very nice and an easy drinking iipa. thanks ggrumet!

pours a orange/yellow color with a nice, active frothy head that gently sticks and slides. The aroma is good ruby red grapefruit juice hoppiness upfront, sweetened by a brown bread maltiness. The taste is very hoppy without ever being incredibly bitter. The malt sticks to it well without ever becoming sweet either. The mouthfeel is light in body and well carbonated.

12 oz bottle picked up from the brewery while on a work trip. Bottle pour is CLEAR orange/yellow with an offwhite head. Retention is nice with sticky lacing clinging to the glass. This is sharply acidic but pleasant and drinks easily - especially for the ABV. The taste is dominated by pungent citrus and grapefruit. It's truly one dimensional, which doesn't make it bad at all. It's tasty but I don't want more than one, even with high drinkability.

A nice rich gold color, head wisped away quickly. Big simcoe nose with lots of caramel sweetness and maybe a touch of biscuit. Flavor really explodes in the mouth, strong resin punch up front with a sweet boozy burn finish. Very nice beer, thanks Kinger!

Bottle: Poured a clear copper color ale with a big foamy head with good retention and good lacing. Aroma consists of quite bitter and slightly citrus hops. Taste is also dominated by some citrus and bitter hops with some medium caramel malt. Full body with good carbonation and no discernable alcohol. A bit one-dimensional for sure but well done nonetheless and better then expected.

A bold and stunning ale, poured from the tap into a wide rimmed glass. Eye opening aroma of flowery hops (Simcoe), sweet with a buttery grass scent. Deep copper in color, solid fluffy head and stringy lacing. Exceptional mouth feel, especially for this style. Drinks smooth and with great ease. The grand level of bitterness is countered by a thick malt content. Assertive hop flavors of flowers and citrus fruits, the Simcoe hop lends a rare uniqueness to this beer. Grainy and grassy with mildly sweet caramel malt. A great treat to be enjoyed.

BIG hops. This is a beautiful combinatio of pine and citrus. There’s not much malt under all the hops, but where some beers that are heavy on the hops, but low on malt flavors come out unbalanced, this seems natural. I can’t really say it’s balanced, but it doesn’t taste wrong. A bit of sweet malt emerges as it warms, but at colder temps, it’s just the hops.
