Dark copper red. This is the Amarillo batch that the bartender said was so popular that they were kind of stopping the different hop varieties to just brew this one. Really dark for an IPA. Slight haze. Good soup head. Full apricot and grapefruit hop aroma. Hops remain intense and juicy in the flavor. Light sweetness from the malt, but the malt seems to lack the depth to make this truly great. I really like this, though.

Poured a copper color with no head, but spotty lacing left on the glass. Aroma of citrus fruits, tangerine, toffee, and caramel malts. Taste was fruits, more tangerine citrus flavor, sweet caramel malts, with low bitterness. Not an incredibly impressive IPA.
