Our first lager beer is brewed to the classic German style. Back in the day, brewers released this stronger beer to celebrate the start of fall brewing after hot summers. Now that we have high-tech refrigeration systems we brew all year, but still enjoy drinking Oktoberfest as the temps start to cool.

Beer numero tres. A step up from what I had this day. Not to be a buzz kill on Revolution, but really, the last time I was here, I remember the brew to be great. This time around, it was a little dissapointing. Typical oktoberfest with a bit of a smokey character shining through. Hop presense- check. Amber colour, check. Everythign in it was spot on. Ended up being great.
