Dark amber color with nice foam head. Aroma is fruity, sour fruit. Taste is woody with fruit. Not too bitter, more sweet. It's me I am not too font of those brown beers. (Velp 201201)

Bottle: Poured a hazy dirty brown color ale with a medium size foamy head with great retention and good lacing. Aroma of spicy yeast and medium sweet Belgian malt with unrefined grain ester. Taste is a weird mix between some sweet malt and unrefined stale grain notes with a spicy and as well bready yeast completing the mix. Body is quite full with good carbonation and no signs of alcohol. Not bad though mix of flavor is somewhat strange and not completely balanced.

Bottled at Monks Café, Stockholm. Pours out in an almost cloudy brownish amber colour with a low creamy white foam. Fruity and yeasty aroma of almond paste, figs, raisins, cookies and berries. Really full-bodied with notes of figs, pepper, almond paste, dried oranges, brown sugar and cherry-skins. Long warming fruity and bit peppery finish of Seville oranges, figs, brown sugar, cayenne, raisins and mouth-drying alcohol. Tasty sipper for sure.

Murky brown colour, mediumsized beige head. Aroma is sour apples along with some wood, caramel and yeast. Flavour is sour apple, slight acidicness, caramel malts and some toffee. Aftertaste is apples.
