    Aroma: 10 | Appearance: 8 | Mouthfeel: 9 | Flavor: 8 | Overall: 9

1 000 ml swing-top bottle bought at the brewery. Poured in the original Metzgerbräu Weizenbierglass an unfiltered cloudy amber-orange coloured Weizen with a two fingers slightly beige pillowy head that had a very long retention and tons of micro bubbles. Active carbonation. Good lacing. The aroma is wheat malts, yeast, fruity, bananas, grapefuits and spicy, cloves. The flavour is mild grainy wheat malts, sourish fruits, grapefruits, notes of citrus and spicy, cloves. The mouthfeel is creamy, round and very smooth. This medium bodied Weizen has a long wheaty malts finish. A very nice Weizen. Der Herr Reichert is not only a very well known butcher ( Metzger ), he is also an enthousiastic new brewer. Manfred, I like your products !
