Golden yellow pour, tight short head, some lacing. Light Belgian yeasts, light whiskey, floral and honeysuckle with some fruity hops. Nice sweet and bitter linger.

My favourite of the Cuvee's from Redbud .. . Pours a deep yellow gold .. good head, leaves some good lacing .. . the yeast is the player, light honey and hay .. . light mouth, quick finish .. . . One reads books..
