Our Hefeweizen is a golden, unfiltered wheat beer. The wheat malt used in this beer lends a citrus-like flavor that is often accentuated with a slice of lemon. Hop bitterness is low and the yeast left in suspension in the beer adds a bread-like quality to the beer. Alcohol content: 5.75 – 6 % by volume. Available in 1⁄2 barrels, 1/6 barrels, and cases of four six-packs.

Thanks Dieter, like it matters, you will never read this you sack of lard.
Ahhh metamusil or very thick chicken broth beer and no cap at all - why is that? The aroma is overly sour for this style, lemon, clove and some other dull spice, ok but not where I wanted this to be. The taste was ok with bitterness happening early on, dull cherry and dull yeast. Totally drinkable though. Full and thick for mouth feel - probably too thick. Glad this was bought with money that was not mine.
