500 ml capped bottle. Poured in the original Reckendorfer glass an unfiltered and opaque pale amber coloured Hefeweizen with a two fingers slight beige soapy foamy head that had a very long retention and tons of micro bubbles. Mid-sized carbonation. Some lacing. The aroma is strong wheat malts, yeast, fruity, bananas, spicy, cloves and a light sourish feeling. The flavour is yeast, grainy wheat malts, fruity, bananas, citrussy notes and spicy, cloves. The mouthfeel is fizzy, prickly, and quite watery. This medium bodied Hefeweizen has a long fruity finish. A classical Franconian Hefeweizen, refreshing and tasting.
