a golden amber colored beer . it'cloudy shape with a light mousse, but persistent, it has the smell of barley, hay. It has a good carbonisation, it gives the palate with notes of fruits, which makes it light and pleasant to drink.

500 ml bottle. Poured an unfiltered hazy rich golden amber colored beer with a three slightly beige creamy foamy head that had a very long retention and tons of micro bubbles. Active carbonation. Good lacing. The aroma is slight toasted malts, a touch of honey. The flavour is sweety malts, a floral hoppy bitterness and a point of pepper. The mouthfeel is slight crispy and sparkling. This medium bodied beer has a dry bitter finish. A decent Keller from Upper Franconia.
