Our Oktoberfest is brewed with the highest quality German malts, hops, and yeast using traditional Bravarian methods. The Munich and Vienna malts are the real stars of smooth, copper colored, medium bodied brew. Well balanced and satisfying, our first lager is the perfect compliment to your fall festivites. Prosit!!

A nice oktoberfest brew from Blanco Tx, this beer differs from other oktoberfests in that the caramel malts werent overly sweet or dominant, but complementary to a noticeable floral hop presence (for the style). It is along the lines of Ayinger's okto- marzen because it is a lighter, more complex version of the style than normal. A good alternative to those who arent fans of the usual oktoberfest offerings.
