330 ml bottle. Poured an unfiltered hazy pale gold - golden orange colored Hefeweizen with a thin white foamy head that had a short retention. Active carbonation. No lacing. The aroma is wheat malts, yeast, cooked banana, aciditic fruits, citrus. The flavour is wheat grainy malts, aciditic fruits, citrus, notes of spices, ginger. The mouthfeel is crispy and quite watery. This light bodied Weizen has a light aciditic fruits finish. A resfreshing french Hefeweizen from the Isle of Ré.
