750 ml bottle. Poured an unfiltered slight hazy oak-burgundy colored ale with a good two fingers beige creamy foamy head that had a mid-sized retention. Active carbonation. Some lacing. The aroma is roasted malts and coffee beans. The flavour is pronounced grainy roasted malts, fruity, nuts, hints of licorice and coffee. The mouthfeel is crispy and a bit thin. This medium bodied ale has a long roasted malt finish. A decent ale. Perfect for a warm summer evening in the south of France.
