The beer poured a translucent scarlet red colour with a thin white head which didn’t stick around. Lacing was minimal. The aroma was caramel, earthy hops, and grass. The mouthfeel was medium bodied with average carbonation. The flavour was as the aroma would indicate. A nice balance between the caramel sweetness and the hoppy finish.
