"Agentina's best beer".. as the label describes itself... I Enjoyed this a nice summer day doing some yard work. Very smooth taste that quenches your thirst. I must say this could be a top choice lager for me.

This poured a pale golden with a white head and some lacing. A somewhat skunky aroma of malt, hops and some some fruitiness. The mouth feel is smooth. Flavors of malt, hops, fruit. Average at best.

Pale yellow fizzy beer, bubbly short-lived white head, weak lacing. Watery corn and malt sweetness, weak lemongrass hops presence, thin. "Don't cry for me Argentina..."

Pours a pale yellow color. Smell is of grains, some malts. Taste is light, bland, a touch of grains. Overall about as flavorful as your average light beer, boring.

pours a nice "beer" yellow with a really nice large white head, that hangs around for a while. not much of an aroma what little there is smells like bread. has a slightly sweet taste and is really smooth but just no real bang. It's ok but not great.

330 ml bottle, as Quilmes Cerveza, from Super Cor, La Manga (Spain). ABV is 4.9%. Pale yellow colour, pearly carbonation, low and short-lived head. Sweetish aroma, notes of maize, grass and citrus. Tolerably fresh flavour, notes of citrus. An okay refreshment on a hot day, nothing more.

It pours a pale golden with thin white head and some spots of lacing. A funk aroma of sour malts, light hops, soap, and some lemon. The mouthfeel is smooth and rich. Flavors of crisp malts, tart, hops, lemon, and some funk. Average at best.

Not bad for a pilsner lager. I would call this an average beer all the way around. Good drinkablility, but not a lot of character. A little less clear than other lagers, but enough taste to be more than water.

Well, it probably get's a little bit better points, being from such a faraway place from here, but it is not so bad beer. Color is nicely golden yellow. Foam is also nicely white and clear. Aroma is strongly bready. Taste is nicely hoppy and aftertaste refreshing. Not bad.

I know that this beer is synonymous with Argentina. It's plastered everywhere in that country and the stuff runs like water in every location imaginable. Little babies can be seen sucking on a bottle of this stuff. OK, not really but it's that prevalent. Having had the chance to enjoy this beer many years ago, I found that it hasn't changed one bit. Bought this as a single bottle at Cost Plus for under a buck, so I figured what the hell.

The beer pours out a standard yellowish/straw color with a huge 3" soapy head. Aroma is skunk, light corn-like malts and just a hint of wet grass. Mouthfeel is watery, but standard for a pale lager. Flavor has a light maltiness that is easy drinking. No hops, nothing fancy...just a regular old lawnmower beer that you can find in any country, anywhere on Earth. Wether it's called Budweiser, Red Stripe, Corona, San Miguel, MGD, Tuborg or Fischer...it's all the same.
